Hot HIIT is a training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT) and Pilates principles. It combines muscle toning and cardio in a room heated to around 100 degrees. The practice creates long, lean muscle mass while burning fat. It also, in turn, creates rapid results. It strengthens your core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility.

Hot HIIT is performed on a yoga mat. All movements are low impact, which protects your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises like running and jumping.

It is a full body workout paired up with upbeat music. You will gain health and flexibility and train your muscles to work together. Consistent practice will lead to good posture & strength throughout your body.

SCULPT YOUR CORE

Repetitions that sculpt your abdomen, low back, and hips, often referred to as one’s core or “Powerhouse”

TONE YOUR MUSCLES

Tone muscles by lowing body fat through cardiovascular training so that muscle can be seen

High Intensity, low impact techniques that when performed in intervals will burn calories and body fat

We offer Single Classes for $27, 5 Class Cards for $110 and 10 Class Cards for $190. With all packages, you are eligible to take hot yoga, yin nidra yoga and intermediate level yoga classes.

Hot HIIT Teacher Training

Hot HIIT Teacher Training (HHTT) is a comprehensive 20 hour intensive that will provide students with a background of Pilates (Principles, History of Contrology, Powerhouse, Alignments) and HIIT (Tabata Protocol, Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC), Aerobic Vs. Anaerobic Workouts, Integration of HIIT and Pilates).
